1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ProParent, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. ProParent reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review them periodically for changes.

2. Services Provided

ProParent offers the following paid programs:
  • ProParent Power Hour
    A one-hour expert-led session with access to related content and the community for 7 days.
  • ProParent Premium
    A comprehensive program tailored to your specific needs with access to content, activities, and expert-led community channels for 1 year.

3. Account Creation

  • Users must create a profile and provide accurate details, including their child’s age, to access the services.
  • Each account allows one additional parent profile with the same access.
  • Sharing login credentials beyond the authorized additional parent is strictly prohibited.

4. Content Usage

  • All content is strictly for personal use only.
  • Downloading, sharing, redistributing, reselling, or reproducing content is not allowed.
  • Unauthorized use of content may result in immediate termination of access and could lead to legal proceedings.

5. Community Access

  • Access timelines:
    • ProParent Power Hour: 7 days.
    • ProParent Premium: 1 year.
    • Community access is contingent upon adherence to community guidelines.

6. Disclaimers

  • ProParent provides expert-led solutions for family-related challenges and is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or legal advice.
  • Results may vary depending on individual application and circumstances.

7. Limitation of Liability

ProParent is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of its services.

8. Termination

ProParent reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms, community guidelines, or engage in harmful behavior.

9. Platform Availability and Downtime

  • ProParent strives to ensure uninterrupted platform access but cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times.
  • Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen technical issues may temporarily limit access. ProParent is not liable for any inconvenience caused by such downtimes.

10. Ownership of User-Generated Content

  • By participating in the ProParent community, you agree that any non-personally identifiable content you post (e.g., discussions, feedback, or ideas) can be used by ProParent for research, product improvement, or promotional purposes.
  • ProParent will not use personally identifiable information without explicit consent.

11. Prohibited Activities

Users must refrain from engaging in the following activities:

  • Sharing inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content.
  • Attempting to hack, disrupt, or manipulate the platform or other users’ accounts.
  • Using bots, automated scripts, or similar tools to access or misuse the platform.
  • Engaging in fraudulent activities, such as impersonating others or providing false information.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination without a refund.

12. Dispute Resolution

  • In the event of disputes related to payments, access, or platform usage, users must first contact the ProParent support team at support@proparent.org to resolve the issue.
  • If the dispute remains unresolved, it will be referred to arbitration or mediation as per applicable laws. The decision of the arbitrator/mediator will be final and binding.

13. Non-Transferable Subscriptions

  • ProParent subscriptions and accounts are non-transferable.
  • Users cannot sell, share, or transfer their subscriptions or access rights to any other individual or entity.

14. Termination Without Refund

ProParent reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms & Conditions or the Community Guidelines.

Such terminations are final, and users will not be eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
